Refund Policy

1. General Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for cancellations of services booked through Universal Travel and Tourism. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

2. Tour Package Cancellations

Cancellation charges for tour packages are as follows:

• More than 30 days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost.
• Between 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost (No refund).

The booking deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

3. Flight and Hotel Bookings

Refunds for flight and hotel bookings are subject to the policies of the respective airline or hotel. We will process your refund based on their terms and conditions, and our service fee is non-refundable.

4. Visa and Passport Services

Fees paid for visa and passport consultation services are non-refundable once the application process has been initiated. This includes any fees paid to government agencies or consulates on your behalf.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original mode of payment.
