2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The final payment is due 30 days before the departure date. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and UPI. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations and Changes by You

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees may apply and will be calculated based on the date we receive your written notification. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on cancellation charges.

4. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, visa, and any necessary health documentation for your trip. We can provide assistance with visa applications, but we are not responsible for any denials or delays from the consulate or embassy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Universal Travel and Tourism acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other contractors. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
