Our fees are service charges for assistance unless explicitly stated otherwise. Government fees, portal charges, and official payments are separate where applicable.
4. Eligibility and Accuracy
By using our services, you confirm that information and documents you submit are accurate and lawful. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information remain the user's responsibility.

6. Cancellations and Modifications
Requests to cancel or modify services are handled according to our Refund Policy and any third-party conditions attached to your service request.
